     All-on-4/6 implantation is an effective method of restoring teeth with the complete loss of a large number of them.  The concept is an excellent alternative to uncomfortable removable dentures.

   Stages:

1. Preparatory stage with a general examination of the patient.  Computed tomography of the jaw is performed, analysis for allergens to anesthetics.  Collecting an anamnesis to identify concomitant diseases that may be a contraindication to surgical intervention.
2. Based on the data obtained, a safe anesthetic is selected and an operation plan is drawn up.
3. Next, the sanitation of the oral cavity and the removal of severely damaged remaining teeth.
4. Surgical stage with implantation.  Each artificial rod is implanted in an area where there is a sufficient amount of bone tissue.
5. Monitoring the healing of implants by radiography once every two months.
6. Then (after 3-6 months) casts are made on the basis of which an orthopedic structure is made.
7. Construction installation.  The doctor carries out a fitting of a permanent design and, with its full compliance, fixes it on an ongoing basis.
