     Immediate implantation (express, urgent) is a surgical procedure during which, immediately after tooth extraction, it is possible to implant a dental implant in one session, followed by loading it with a crown or any other orthopedic structure.  This method is possible if there are no inflammatory processes at the site of the extracted tooth.
     This procedure is performed in order to quickly restore chewing function, properly distribute the load on the jaw, as well as eliminate aesthetic problems. 

   Stages:

1. Preparatory stage with a general examination of the patient.  Computed tomography of the jaw is performed, analysis for allergens to anesthetics. Collecting an anamnesis to identify concomitant diseases that may be a contraindication to surgical intervention.
2. Based on the data obtained, a safe anesthetic is selected and an operation plan is drawn up.
3. A few days before the operation, an impression of the jaw is made, on the basis of which a temporary crown is made (in the variant with immediate loading).
4. The main stage: high-quality anesthesia and direct tooth extraction.
5. Next, the actual installation of the implant in place of the extracted tooth.
6. Installation of a temporary crown on the implant, which is mainly when it comes to the “smile zone”.
7. Doctor's recommendations.
8. Monitor the healing of the implant by X-ray once every two months.
9. The last stage is the installation of a permanent crown.
